Our Story – Built on 4 Years of Testing & Development

RoyalDTF was founded after four years of rigorous research, testing, and development with one goal: to deliver the highest quality DTF transfers at the fastest turnaround time in Europe.

We started with a vision to solve the limitations of traditional printing methods. Screen printing required expensive setups and minimum orders. Sublimation only worked on white polyester. We saw an opportunity in DTF printing technology — a method that produces full-color, stretchable, and washable designs on any fabric without weeding, cutting, or color limitations.

As demand grew, we expanded into UV DTF printing, enabling our customers to apply custom designs to hard surfaces like glass, plastic, wood, metal, phone cases, tumblers, and packaging materials. Today, our production facility processes up to 800 linear meters of DTF transfers per day using four-head industrial printers operating in 24/7 production shifts.

Transfert DTF – Impressions personnalisées par transfert thermique

Our DTF transfers are printed at 720 x 2400 DPI using 8-pass printing technology for photographic quality. Every transfer includes a white underbase layer, ensuring vibrant colors on both light and dark fabrics. Our transfers are tested to withstand up to 90 washes and work on cotton, polyester, nylon, denim, canvas, and blended fabrics.

Our UV DTF stickers are printed with UV-cured ink technology for maximum durability. They are waterproof, scratch-resistant, and UV-resistant, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. No heat press is required — simply peel, apply, and smooth onto any hard surface.

Our tiered pricing rewards larger orders. DTF transfer pricing starts at 9,90 €/m for small orders and drops to 6,00 € / m for orders over 200 meters. No setup fees, no screen charges, no minimum per design.

We use water-based inks and sustainable materials in our DTF printing process. Our transfers are OEKO-TEX compatible and free from harmful chemicals.

Submit your print-ready file through our website or via email. We accept PNG and PDF files at 300 DPI in RGB color mode with a transparent background.

Étape 2 : Contrôle qualité

Notre équipe de production vérifie manuellement chaque fichier par rapport à nos profils de couleurs d'imprimante afin de garantir une reproduction fidèle. En cas de problème, nous vous contactons avant l'impression.

Step 3: Production & Finishing

We print your designs using 8-pass technology, apply adhesive powder, and heat-cure the transfers for maximum durability. Optional pre-cutting service is available for an additional €2 per meter.

Étape 4 : Expédition express

All orders are shipped within 24 hours via DHL Express with full tracking. Most European customers receive their orders within 1-2 business days.
